3.3 The Company will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery that result from factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or transportation issues.
4.1 You have the right to cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting the Company's customer support.
4.2 Cancellations or modifications made after a certain deadline may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time due to non-payment, violation of these terms, or other reasonable grounds.
5.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the chosen subscription plan.
5.2 You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.

6.1 At Flowerwale, we have a strict no returns and refunds policy to ensure the freshness and quality of our products, as well as to maintain the integrity of our arrangements.
6.2 Please note that once an order is placed with Flowerwale, it cannot be returned or refunded, as we take great care to meticulously create each arrangement and deliver it with the utmost professionalism.
7.1 The Company strives to provide fresh and high-quality flowers in each arrangement.
7.2 Due to seasonal availability and unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice.
7.3 The Company will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any substantial changes to the flower arrangement.
8.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and designs, are the property of the Company.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Company's intellectual property solely for the purpose of receiving the Service.
9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service, except as required by applicable law.
9.2 The Company's liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription fees in the previous three months.
10.1 The Company will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
